One Team Under One Roof in Bountiful
Our Bountiful clinic serves Davis County and north Salt Lake County from 458 North 500 West, a few blocks from the 400 North exit on I-15. It is a full-service location: medical evaluation and pain management, chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, spinal decompression, and laser and pulse wave therapy all happen in the same building, with one care team building one plan.
That matters because most pain has more than one cause. A back that hurts from a disc, tight muscles, and a stiff joint at the same time gets better faster when the providers treating each piece are down the hall from each other and comparing notes, not across town.

Non-Surgical Pain Treatment in Bountiful
Our Bountiful clinic is a full-service location. Medical providers, chiropractors, and physical therapists share one building, so your plan is built from the whole toolbox rather than one specialty’s answer.
Restore alignment and movement. Chiropractic care and physical therapy address the joints, muscles, and movement patterns behind most back, neck, and joint pain.
