Do you accept my Insurance? 

We are in-network with most major insurance companies and participate out of network for many others. Each plan has their unique benefits and coverages so it can be difficult to provide a clear answer by chat.  Due to this, we offer a complimentary consultation, so we can determine if we can help you with your condition. As a courtesy, during that consultation, our team will verify your insurance and be able to provide you exact details of your benefits and investment for your initial exam before we begin the exam.  Rest assured, we will not proceed with any service that has a fee before sharing with you the cost and allowing you to make that decision.

How much is the initial exam?

More often than not, your insurance will cover the initial exam. As a courtesy, during that consultation, our team will verify your insurance and be able to provide you exact details of your benefits and investment for your initial exam before we begin the exam.  Rest assured, we will not proceed with any service that has a fee before sharing with you the cost and allowing you to make that decision. Should your insurance not cover the initial exam, we have very affordable cash fees that can range from $75 – $100 for your initial exam.

How much is an adjustment?

Your insurance may cover the adjustment.  Have you been to our office before? Are you wanting to utilize your insurance? Once we have verified your insurance for you, we will be able to share with you what it will cover and what your fee might be for an adjustment.  If you’d like to pay cash, the adjustment is $50.

Will you treat me on my first visit?

Our doctors are most concerned about getting you out of pain as quickly as possible. After your exam, your doctor will most likely recommend treatment right away to assure we are kick-starting the healing as quickly as possible. 

How long will be the first visit be?

Our doctors provide a world-class exam and will most likely recommend additional diagnostic tests at the end of your exam. Our doctors are concerned about getting your pain under control as quickly as possible and will most likely recommend treatment that day.  Due to this we recommend that you plan for an hour for your initial visit.

Why do I have to do an exam before treatment?

Have you been a patient in our office before?  If so, and it has been over a year, our doctors will perform a brief updated exam and proceed with treatment right away.  

If you are new to our office, the purpose of an exam is for your safety to assure your condition is one we feel confident we can help you with.  Secondly, this helps us assure we are treating your condition with the best care possible to get you on your healing path. 

Can I just come in for an adjustment?

Absolutely!  Once you are an established patient, you are welcome to come any time for treatment.  If you have not been in for over a year, and/or you have experienced a new injury our doctors may need to perform a brief updated exam.

How long does an initial consultation take?

Your initial complimentary consultation is approximately 20 minutes.  In this time our specialists can determine if your condition is one we can help you with and invite if so, will invite you to take the next step to the exam. Should you decide to proceed with the exam, you may need to plan for an additional 45 minutes or so. If we feel we can accept your case and you choose pain management, rehabilitative care, and physical therapy, or corrective care we hope to be your partners in health. With the variety of treatments, we offer, including Nutritional IV plans, Neuropathy treatments, Allergy and chemical sensitivity treatments, chiropractic, and, massage. we are Utah’s Pain Specialists.

Do you have IV treatments?

Yes, we have an IV lounge where we treat everything from improving sports performance to increasing energy levels to healing chronic illness. We have IV’s that include restorative blends of vitamins for better performance and IV’s that pass your blood through ultraviolet light to heal chronic illnesses.

Do you help with weight loss and gut health?

Yes after an evaluation and some initial blood work to identify your the root cause of your pain and suffering.testing to understand your specific cause to your weight problem or gut pain, we are able to customize a specific program suited to your needs.  This could range from our state of the art Integrated 6 3 weeks Weight loss program, that has helped thousands reach their weight loss and energy goals or a customized gut health program. starts out with a blood lab to find out the root cause of your pain and suffering.
