Integrated Fitness offers an innovative resistance band style of training called Stroops. This style of training provides a challenging and effective workout in just 45 minutes. Adaptable to any fitness level and designed to increase functional strength, build lean muscle, shape and tone with low impact exercises that keep your joints safe. In other words, it’s a smarter, safer way to train.

Random Fact

Timalee was a medic in the Utah National Guard from 2003 – 2011. She is also the youngest of 7 kids. With 5 older brothers she knows how to stand her ground.
