Direct Application Method For Daily Energizing Boost
- Dispense 1-2 drops in the palm of hand.
- Rub palms together and inhale deeply from palms for 1-2 minutes
- Rub on the back of neck and behind the ears.
Any citrus single oil or blend is perfect for this practice. Lavender oil can be used with this method for peace and relaxation, especially at night.
