Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation
What is UBI?
UBI or Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation is a procedure that has been around since the 1940s. UBI treats a variety of illnesses through the blood using ultraviolet light. The procedure usually takes less than 1 hour at our clinic. A small amount of blood is withdrawn from the patients arm using a needle and tubing (similar to donating blood). The blood then circulates through a medical ultraviolet device. This is where it is treated with ultraviolet light and returned to the patient with the simple closed loop system.
How does it work?
In the process of treating blood with UBI the smaller bacterial and viral cells are targeted and absorb five times as much photonic energy as their healthy counterparts. The healthy cells remain intact while the disease cells are killed and become antigenic. An “autogenous (self-generated) vaccine” is thus produced. When this “vaccine” is coupled with the energy from the treated blood, the microbes in your bloodstream are destroyed. This is called “induced secondary immune reactivation”.
Enhancing the body’s ability to produce antibodies, allows the body’s natural immune system to burst into action against even the most stubborn (antibiotic resistant) bacteria or virus. The body then works with a new supercharged immune response. You have greater oxygenation and a balancing of the system.
What does it do?
Experience has shown that UBI can strengthen the immune system and improve overall health. UBI has been shown to have the following benefits:
- Increases oxygen absorption into body tissues
- Destroys fungal, viral and bacterial growth
- Enhances the immune system’s ability to fight infection
- Improves circulation and decreases platelet aggregation
- Cardiovascular protection through increased metabolism of cholesterol, uric acid, and glucose
- Improves circulation by dilating blood vessels
- Improves the body’s ability to detoxify and inactivate or remove toxins
- Reduces tissue pain
What does it Treat?
- Chronic Fatigue
- Chronic Yeast Infection
- Heart Disease/Angina
- Non-Healing Wounds
- Poor Circulation
- Respiratory Infection
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Staph Infections/MRSA
- Research is uncovering new benefits every year.
Will it work for me?
